Kayci was born and raised in Central Texas. While attending Texas A&M University, she worked for a home builder and developer where she instantly fell in love with the world of construction and real estate. Once she earned her degree in Agricultural Leadership and Development, she ventured to California where she worked for a railroad construction company.

As soon as possible, she returned to Central Texas with a desire to find her niche in the construction industry. She knew that it had to involve working with people, as relationship building is one of her major strengths. Her journey included working at a local title company where she learned a great deal about this facet of the industry.
For the past 3 years, she has been the office manager, customer relations and designer for Jarolik Homes.

Being in the construction and design field for the past 10 years, she is fully aware of the magnitude of this investment for an individual or family. She understands how stressful this process can be for new and even experienced homeowners.
