Raquel is a proud native of Bell County. As the daughter of an Army veteran, she learned the value of hard work, discipline, and perseverance from her father. After graduating from Belton High School, she pursued higher education and met her college sweetheart, who is now her husband of 11 years. Together, they have been blessed with two beautiful daughters, ages 8 and 3, who keep them on their toes with sports and extracurricular activities.
